Jeff Dickey writes at [jdx.dev](https://jdx.dev). He is the author of mise (the polyglot runtime/task manager formerly known as rtx) and several adjacent projects — aube, hk, pitchfork, fnox, and usage — now grouped under an umbrella called en.dev.

Before going full-time on OSS in April 2026, he worked at Figma. Earlier he was at Heroku, where he was one of the engineers behind the Heroku CLI and the oclif framework that came out of it.
