Planned Pages

A [[wikilink]] pointing at a page that does not exist is usually a defect — a typo, a stale name, a folder prefix that was never right. Sometimes it is the opposite: the link is correct and the page is simply not written yet, and removing the link would erase the record that something is missing.

This page is where the second kind gets declared. The planned: list in the frontmatter is the machine-readable half — warren check accepts a dangling link only when some page names its target there, and fails on anything else outside sources/. The table below is the human half: what is missing, and what is already asking for it.

A link that is not on this list is a defect. A page on this list that has since been written should be dropped from it — warren check warns when a declaration starts resolving, because an allowlist nobody prunes stops catching the next real break.
